@Lauren M. — So far, only two of us are actually doing any work on this project (@Jim W. and myself), so it’s slow going. I have hesitated to make the statements more formal, until we attract some critical mass of worker-bees. Stay tuned for more.

I was going to suggest this as well, Jim + Tom - a google doc is a great way to go, being as collaborative as it is. If you guys have a milestone that would be appropriate for it, you could post it there so that it doesn't get lost in the noise.
